Because our products are created and fulfilled on demand and proceeds support our charitable initiatives, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to review your concern and work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
